We offer 30 day hassle-free returns!

Our number one goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. As such, we want to offer easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Any brand new product can be returned to us within 30 days of ordering. Please note that clearance/sale items are eligible for store credit only, while shipping charges are non-refundable.

Here are some important things to keep in mind when returning your item(s) to us:

  • Your order will arrive with a return address specified on the packing slip. When returning your item(s), make sure the stickers are still attached; otherwise, your request will not be processed.
  • We only accept returns on unworn, new condition items within 30 days of receiving your original order. Still, it is ideal to notify us as soon as possible so we can process your request immediately.
  • If you are returning for an exchange, we will wait to receive the item first before exchanging. We will only cover the shipping cost if we sent you the wrong size!
  • Refunds will only be credited to your original card or payment method your order was purchased with. Only by doing so can we protect you from fraud and identity theft.
  • There will be a restocking fee of 10%, unless if you are returning an item due to a manufacturer or shipping error.
  • Make sure to contact us first before processing a return. Request that are unapproved by our customer support team will be denied.

Domestic Returns

  • We provide free returns for all of our customers within the US. We will send you a FREE pre-paid return shipping label via email.
  • We don’t provide free returns for buyer remorse, unless if we shipped you the wrong size or the item arrived with damages.
  • Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse, we would require 3-5 business days of processing time.
  • We will send you an email with details of your refund or store credit as soon as your return request has been processed. We will inspect and determine whether your return item(s) meet our conditions stated below.

International Returns

  • As of this moment, we are unable to provide free pre-paid shipping label for international orders (i.e. outside of the US).
  • We advise that you return your item(s) using your local Post Office and ship them in a secure package.
  • Since the package is still your responsibility until it arrives to us, remember to keep your proof of postage and tracking number. We will not be liable for return packages that are either lost or stolen in transit.
  • If you are returning due to an error on our end (wrong size sent, damages, misprint, etc.), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to your return. Please only use Standard Mail when shipping your item(s) back to us; otherwise, we will not cover all related costs.
  • Currently, we don’t issue refunds for returning international orders. We will, however, process your request for store credit which you can use to purchase a new item on our site.
  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after the item(s) arrive to our warehouse.

Returns For Store Credit and Refund

  • You will receive a store credit code within 24 hours via email as soon as your return has been processed.
  • The store credit will never expire and, thus, can be used anytime you want.
  • Returning item(s) to process a refund is only available to domestic orders (within the US). For international orders, your refund will be in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 10% restocking fee is applied to return item(s), unless you are returning due to an error on our end. Note that the restocking fee will be applied to the entire return, not to each item.

Returnable Condition Guidelines

  • For hygienic purposes, all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and brand new. They should also come with all original tags attached, including the stickers which state the return address. Otherwise, we will not accept them back.
  • Return items must not arrive with visible signs of use including, but not limited to, cosmetic/deodorant stains, perfume, scents, etc.
  • The hygienic liner should neither be reattached nor removed.
  • If your return does not meet our conditions, your request will be denied.
